I stopped to try them out for the first time today after a dentist appointment for my daughter-in-law. I’ve seen them around town quite a bit. The only complaint I have is why did I wait so long? The rib sandwich that I had was one of the best I’ve ever ate and I eat a lot of barbecue from Memphis, to Alabama, to the Carolinas, and across well most of the northeast. The meat was tender, a nice smoked flavor but not overpowering. The sauce had good heat while still tasty, with the added Jalapeños simply knocking it up another level. I liked that it was served on Texas toast Versus a traditional bun as well. Basic crinkle fries as a side but they were flavored well with the seasoning that they had. I strongly recommend them for the food quality, quantity in the box, and the friendliness of the team. I will definitely be stopping back soon and working my way through the entire menu. Thanks for being part of the Clarksville community and sharing Your delicious food with me.
